Happy Halloween!

Sorry I haven't been on much. I've had some Internet problems and yesterday I was busy. But things are stable again. Hope you all have a great Halloween, whatever it is you decide to do.

Limewire.

Limewire is now gone for good. I haven't used it for a long time, but I remember several years ago I used to get music off there all the time.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- A New York judge ordered LimeWire to stop distributing its file-sharing software, agreeing with the plaintiffs that LimeWire's service is used "overwhelmingly for infringement."

Judge Wood of U.S. District Court in Manhattan said that LimeWire "intentionally encouraged direct infringement" by users of its site, and also "marketed itself to Napster users, who were known copyright infringers "

The LimeWire site shut down its service Wednesday, displaying only a legal notice announcing that that company "is under a court-ordered injunction to stop distributing and supporting its file-sharing software."

LimeWire has been skirmishing for years with the music industry over its laissez faire approach to policing the copyright violations its peer-to-peer software enabled. More than a dozen plaintiffs pursued the case against LimeWire, which began four years ago. Sony (SNE) Music Entertainment, Virgin Records America, Inc., Arista Records, Capitol Records and Warner Brothers Records Inc. (Warner Brothers Records and CNNMoney.com are both part of Time Warner (TWX, Fortune 500).)

Collections.

Does anybody here collect anything? I collect Snoopy stuff. I love everything Snoopy. I have a lot of books, calenders, stuffed animals, cups, bowls, cards, etc. I also used to collect Pokemon cards when I was 11 or so. I have about 70% of the first two generations. Would be interested in getting the rest when I can afford it. Anything in gen three/four/five doesn't really interest me.

Demon Hunter.

The other day at Blizzcon the final Diablo 3 class was announced. It's called the Demon Hunter. I kind of wish they had made a Druid class instead, but hopefully in an expansion. This game is looking better and better every time something new is announced. Still no word on a release date.

Two Hundred.

It's currently raining and it's cold as hell but I just wanted to say a special thanks to all my continued support. I got over 200 followers now. It's been real fun blogging and seeing everyone else's blog as well.

McDonalds Monopoly.

Does anyone ever play this? It's the second time I've gotten McDonalds since the game started but I don't really play it. Back a few years ago when I was younger I used to play it all the time with my mom and my sister.

I've been wanting to take piano lessons again recently. I've taken them before but only for a few weeks. Does anyone here play any instruments?

Dish is losing FOX, Fuse and FX because of price negotiations. I have DirecTV so it doesn't affect me, but I think it's bull shit because a lot of people will be losing out on their favorite shows.

Favorite Villain?

My friend was asking me what my favorite villain was from a game and I said I really liked Kuja from Final Fantasy 9. I have beaten that game and him so many times and its really fun. Who is your guys favorite?

Chile Miners.

All 33 of the Chile miners were successfully rescued. I think they were underground for like 60 something days. That is insane. Glad to hear they are safe.

First Internet Experience.

I'm wondering what kind of stuff you guys did when you first began using the Internet. I first got a computer back in 2002 when I was in the 8th grade. My friends Matt/Greg/Billy began playing Runescape together. It was great back then and we were actually really good. But I ended up having too obvious of a password and a guy I knew online got into my account and deleted everything.

Punk'd.

Ever hear of the show Punk'd with Ashton Kutcher? I heard they want Justin Bieber to revive the show. I hope they don't. Not that I dislike him very much, but that little shit will ruin it.

Sorry.

Ever since the other day at the hospital I've not been feeling well at all. I've had to take it easy and haven't been able to go on. But I'm feeling a lot better and am now back. Sorry to my followers but I'll be sure to visit your blogs today and from here on. Happy 10/10/10 day everyone.

Hospital.

This is kind of embarrassing/funny to tell, but I'll do it anyway. Yesterday morning I woke up and my ears were ringing. Figured I had too much wax built up so at about 4:00 pm I went to the pharmacy to buy some peroxide and got a syringe. I mixed the peroxide with warm water and blasted all the wax out of my ear. About two or so hours later (at about 7:00 pm) I started feeling sick. Because of all the peroxide that went inside my ear, I ended up getting severe vertigo, both my arms went numb and i got really nauseated. My roommate took me to the hospital and I ended up throwing up in his car (LOL) and then I got there and felt a bit dehydrated and they gave me a ton of fluids and I got kind of better. They said I would feel normal again in about 24 hours. I feel alright now but still a bit off. The waiting at the hospital kind of sucked. Although half the time I called one of my friends and she cheered me up.

Re-Made Game.

If you could have any game you loved as a kid re-made for the X-Box, Wii or PS3 with updated graphics and everything what would you pick? I think I would pick Jet Force Gemini which was on the N64. Was a great and under appreciated game.

Star Wars Review.

I was never really into Star Wars. I enjoyed episodes IV, V and VI and think the prequels were alright when I saw them in theaters. But this RedLetterMedia guy is hilarious. If you've never seen them before, I'll do a quick summary. Over the past few months he has reviewed both Star Wars episode I and episode II and put them into several parts on YouTube. He explains why they're terrible movies and also has this little stalker/serial killer storyline going along with it. Might sound confusing but once you watch it you'll understand.

Dreams.

Do you think dreams can mean something? Once in a while I'll have the most bizarre random dream, and other times I'll dream about someone I really care about. I don't know what to make of dreams sometimes. All your inner most thoughts coming out while we aren't even conscience. I just wish I could record them.

Also, today I got and passed 100 followers. It's nice getting to read and get to know all you people who without the Internet I wouldn't have met. Here's to getting 1,000?

Prank Calls.

I used to prank call people all the time at one of my friends house. Me and this group of people would ring up random people in the phone book and do weird accents. This video reminds me of the good times I had. Really one of the best YouTube videos out there, so if you can spare five minutes watch it. There's also a few more with this guy.

I need a new television series.

Preferably one that's already finished or maybe on its last season. During the summer I watched Prison Break, Dexter and just last night finished Breaking Bad. Anyone got any recommendations?

Space vs. Ocean

What would you guys like to see get more funds? I say the ocean. I think there are still many mysterious about it that haven't been uncovered. Like the Bloop.

Middle Names.

It's interesting to see what kind of middle names people have. Mine is David which I think is pretty common but it's also pretty useless. I mean, I never go by it or never include it any way. I know some people who prefer to go by their middle names, and even though I used to hate my first name, I can't imagine being called anything else. What's your middle name?
